We offer a variety of classes which give people the tools they need to manage and maintain their own wellness and to support others in their journey to recovery.

A number of participants say these classes have been life-changing events for them.

Classes are conducted by peers who have completed a rigorous, hands-on training program and include:
  • Basic Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP)
  • WRAP Facilitator Training
  • Intensive Peer Support Training
Many classes are offered on a regular schedule at both of Our Centers.

We are also happy to make arrangements to bring classes to your site upon request.

All classes are free of charge to participants.
