We are empowered to be the change we
want to see in our world!
Welcome!
We’re glad you're here.
The Road
of Life is full of bumps and dips and curves that can be a challenge to maneuver. We know just how challenging it can
be because we have encountered some of those bumps and dips and curves. This website is dedicated to all of you who, like us, have struggled
somewhere along the way.

We all
struggle with something at some time in our lives. It may be a mental illness
or addiction, difficulties in a personal relationship, a serious health issue, a job change, or financial hardship.
These types of struggles can cause us to take a detour or delay moving forward. It's good to know we don't have to recover
from these struggles alone.
When we contend with one of life's challenges - one of those bumps in the Road of Life - we find hope, strength, and inspiration by
talking with others who have gone through similar situations and have overcome them. That's what ECBH Recovery
Education & Peer Supports is all about - people supporting people.

Now,
as we continue on our journey of recovery, we know to plan for support when we need it. We have
learned to keep our wellness tools ready and we fill up our tanks with the type of fuel that energizes us. Most
importantly, we map out our itinerary so we can find our own way to live a life that is meaningful to
us.
At ECBH, we are committed
to offering resources and choices for people to help themselves overcome their struggles. We invite you
to stop by our website anytime to: - learn more About Us and our Mission, Vision, Values and Philosophy;
- meet our Peers and why we say "We're the Evidence!"
- sign-up
for WRAP Classes or Peer Support Training;
- check out our Calendar for events and activities;
- see what's happening at our Recovery Education & Peer Supports Centers;
- discover ways CIT Training (Crisis Intervention Team) can benefit your community
- find out how our Disaster Response Team can help you be better prepared for adverse
conditions or a catastrophic event;
- register
to attend or become a sponsor for our Annual Conference & Expo;
- read
up on News, Updates, and Information about Wellness Recovery
and Peer Supports;
- follow Links to other supportive Resources; or
- Contact Us.
Whether this is your first visit or you stop by often, we hope you find the support you
need to live the life you want!
